  1. "Deep in Death"

Devoted husband Travis, who moved for her from Ohio, is shocked the NYPD still didn't follow up on their complaints about a stalker who never actually threatened her, identified as croupier Will James, who has an alibi.     Illegal Czech immigrant Eliska Sokel's corpse is found hidden in a sewer, two days after her death. She had worked on the concierge staff of a luxury residence but was fired after Dr. Cameron Talbot's wife questioned the appropriateness of her treating their son Zane to a lollipop. Castle wonders how Beckett will take his dedication of a book starring her alter-ego, and his agent Haas's offer of a contract to write 3 British spy novels.

  6. "Vampire Weekend"

    As Halloween approaches, Castle and Beckett are called to a graveyard where the body of a young man sporting vampire fangs has been discovered with a wooden stake driven through his heart. Their investigation takes them deep into the heart of New York's underground vampire fetish community, where they learn that the motive for the victim's murder may be hiding within the pages of the graphic novel he was writing before his death.

  7. "Famous Last Words"

    Castle's daughter's favorite ban The Blue Pills's singer Haley Blue, who was about to break it up for a solo career, is found in an alley with a broken neck, murder staged as suicide. Stalking fan Franco Marquez, against whom she got a restraining order, says he overheard ex-con guitarist Zack Metzger threaten her. Both Castles add lyrics analysis to confusing facts about a possible band reunion and drug (rehab) history involving her sister Skye, producers couple Ian and Bree Busch and ex-producer John McGinnis.

    Bike messenger Caleb Shimansky is killed by a masked man in a stolen black sedan. Caleb carried only one package, for Sally Niedermeyer, whose name the courier firm had miswritten as terrorist Shakir Nidal Mattar's. It was a message from her nephew Brian Thompson, from jail, where he's murdered hours later. It proved he, convicted due to present captain Roy Montgomery, confessed innocently to have his son's medical bills paid.   9. "Love Me Dead"

    Highly respected, A.D.A. Jack Buckley, a tough crime-fighter, was murdered. His brother in law, businessman Paul Cho, was blackmailed mysteriously with his use of call girls from 'Danton'. Team Castle discovers it's all about the discrete cyber-pimp-business, which also employs Buckley's legal protégée Scarlett Price. While working out who succeeded jailed founder Dan Tonelli, 'cool dad' Castle worries which secret Alexis shares only with Beckett.

  10. "One Man's Treasure"

    Sam Parker's corpse is found in a garbage chute. However he's identified not only by his wife Helen, but also by a fiancée, who only knew him as 'bachelor' Jake Holland. Also under this second identity he got his present job, at a company which overtook by mans of innovation his first employer's. His brother-in-law found out and was due a big loan. Meanwhile Becket accepts to supervise Alexis's police internship.

  11. "The Fifth Bullet"

    When an art dealer is gunned down in his gallery, Castle & Beckett discover that a bullet is inexplicably missing from the crime scene. The mystery is deepened by an amnesiac who witnessed the crime but can't remember what he saw or even who he is.

  12. "A Rose for Everafter"

    When Castle and Beckett are called to a wedding to investigate the death of a bridesmaid, Castle is stunned to discover that the soon-to-be bride is his old flame, Kyra, "the one that got away." Complications ensue as Kyra, caught off-guard by Castle's reappearance in her life, wonders if she's marrying the right guy. With the nuptials forestalled and the entire wedding party under suspicion, Beckett questions Castle's ability to be objective about the case.   19. "Wrapped Up in Death"

    The investigation into the shocking death of a museum curator, crushed by a falling gargoyle, takes a bizarre turn when Castle and Beckett learn that he isn't the first member of a recent archeological expedition to die. It turns out there was a legend inscribed over the burial chamber the team unearthed warning that "all who gaze upon the face of the mummy are doomed." Was the curator just the latest victim of "The Mummy's Curse"? And if so, what does that mean for Castle, who snuck a peek at the mummy when no one was looking?

  20. "The Late Shaft"

    Hours after filthy rich comedian and TV show star Bobby Mann asked Castle, one of his guests, for help claiming to fear for his life, he dies from cardiac arrest. Castle insists on an autopsy, which shows a crafty poisoning requiring knowledge of Bobby's medication. The night before, he had visited two of his ex wives, Cindy and Barbara, who have apartments in the same building, and later, he saw his future successor as show host.   21. "Den of Thieves"

    Multiple ex-con break in expert Paul Finch is found is his car electrocution-tortured, possibly to accidental death. His widow believes he took on last job after years in the clear, probably the recent Manhattan tunnel bank robbery. The team is delighted to be joined by Javier Esposito's mate from the 54th precinct, handsome hot-shot Tom Demming, from Castle's point of view too much to Becket's taste. The robbery victims include Fred Cana, collector for untouchable crime king Victor Racine, believed to have killed Javier's previous partner Isaac 'Ike' Thornton

  22. "ood to Die For"

    A high profile chef is found frozen to death in the kitchen of a hot New York restaurant. Complications ensue when Castle and the restaurant owner, an old high school girlfriend of Beckett's, share an attraction. Meanwhile, Beckett's relationship with Det. Demming continues to grow.

  23. "Overkill"

    A robbery-homicide prompts Beckett to invite Demming to assist on a case, giving Castle a ringside seat to their budding romance. When it becomes clear that the two men have very different ideas about how to proceed, the investigation becomes an unspoken competition for Beckett's attention, one in which each man races to solve the case, as Beckett referees between her two admirers.

  24. "A Deadly Game"

    Nothing is as it seems when Castle and Beckett investigate what appears to be the assassination of an intelligence operative. Meanwhile, Beckett's romance with Demming threatens her relationship with Castle, forcing them to confront their feelings for each other.
